mine is in top of back into shoulder down left arm to the wrist and fingers very painfull been like it for two weeks so far any surggestons on pain relief

This is a video about my scoliosis journey! My journey is not very long, i was diagnosed in and had the surgery in 2009! If I could go back and make the decision to have surgery again… i would because even though its painful it improves your quality of life so much! You need a Bachelor degree in a related subject such as Kinesiology or Biology or the like. (4 years)
Then you need to apply to a Chiropractor School to get your D.C. degree. (4 Years).

I have 2 herniated discs in my back (L5/S1, L4). I’ve been injured w/o specific treatment for the discs for a year. It took 3 1/2 months for pain to go from my back to my leg (w/glute and hip pain developing steadily during that time). I’ve been decently, but not overly, active. Does it usually take that long?

The pain i have are 4 disc’s in my back that are split and the liquid inside is coming out and touching my spinal cord, this is very painful most of the day. I have been sack from my job and now I am finding it very hard to get any work. Is there something I can take or do to help with the pain ?

24 years ago I fractured my spine in a motorbike accident. Since then I have had 9 kids and doctors put me on tramadol. I hate it and want to try any natural remedies. Can have an operation but would rather not. The pain I get is from the back of my neck down to the heels of my feet. Please Help.

My husband is 61 and our sex life was great up until 3 yrs ago.Now he has no interest at all.He’s been getting epidural shots in his lower back for the pain.Is it possible that the epidurals are taking his sex drive away? I love my husband very much and I am afraid that having no sex will tear our relationship apart.Is it possible to be close to your husband when we don;t make love anymore?

I’m trying to go the herbal route, along with diet and excercise. I have a pinched nerve, and some disc herniation in my L5 area, but also doing phs. therapy and lots of core exercises. Surgery is not an option at my age, no doctor recommends it,and i’m over the pain medication. However I do have some minor pain throughout the day if i sleep bad at night, or sit for too long.I’m looking for some natural supplements to help ease the pain…any ideas?

He is suffering from this for the past 1 year. Actually he is a stenographer (typist) but left his job due to health reason for the past 7 months.He took allopathy treatment ,varma treatment , Kerala oil massage treatment but no proper results so far.Recently he has got a swelling in the left wrist with pain for no reason. A few weeks after they were born? Someone told me today that taking them to the chiropractor and having the doctor lightly press on their back can “adjust” them and get some places in their back straightened out because they have been in the womb so long.
Does anyone do this? Any opinions/advice? Thanks!

Im a 16 year old football player and I have a game tomorow. My back has been bothering me and I have been told from a trainer that it is a strain. I want to the maxim amount I could take between now (8) and 3 tomorow which would best give me pain relief for the game.

I’m not being wierd, it’s just that I was giving my buddy crud the other day because he was talking about how when he would go he would end up wearing just his boxer shorts. I went for several different reasons and never took anything off. FYI – not that it matters, but his doctor happened to be gay…Do people normally undress for the chiropractor?
