One of the most common areas of the body that are prone to strain and injury are the back and neck. This is not surprising as they take a lot of straining to ensure that we remain upright, move and lift objects. We also put a lot pressure on our backs which increase the risk of injury. There are many ways that we can help our backs and neck keep in good shape. Here are two examples.
This article is about back pain relief products. Yes I am aware that the pain you are feeling is excruciating. Yes I also know that you require back pain relief products immediately. But what will it profit you if you rush out and go and purchase a back pain relief product only to discover that it does not contain what you require to cure your back problem for good?

I was going to offer an answer, but after reading your profile, I’m not sure what to think.
Best wishes and good luck.
Ask your friends and aquaintances. A happy, unsolicited response is the best advertisment. Don’t expect immediate results. Fast results doesn’t mean is working. You didn’t get to where you are in one day, so, chiropractic won’t help you in one day. Chiropractic is the manipulation of the spine to help you stay realigned. Your muscles need to ‘learn’ how they should hold your spine straight. That takes time. Good Luck.

Tags: good, Nutritionist/chiropractor, Idea, Becoming, chiropractorI have an almost constant low back pain that I think have incurred from doing some ab workouts the wrong way. I am a pretty active young male who goes to the gym often. Is there a few good stretches that I can do to warm up before lifting weights that will help me get rid of this pain?

Tags: good, chiropractor, Recommend, diegomri showed i have diteration between my disc, which is effecting the nerves and muscles in my back, doctors says theirs not much they can do besides cortisone shots ,which i will be having them coming up.i have vicadin to take but don’t get much relief, have any suggestions, would be helpful.
I have been on various painkillers, From Tramadol to De-Hydracodine ( DF118 FORTE ), I have had Acupuncture, Physiotherapy and even had an epidural steroid injection into my spine, But nothing at all helps, I was even given muscle relaxants in small doses but with no affect, If I get onto the maximum dose of tramadol then I get some relief, But no way enough for long term pain relief.
So my first question is, has anyone had a Laminectomy and did it work for severe backpain??
Second is the same as last question but for a spinal fusion of the vretabrae??
I have had a back injury since i was 19 , I am now 37 and over the last few years the problem has flared up big time, I finally got an MRI scan and found out I have LDDD and Stenosis of the (L4 and L5) vertabrae, Whether this will stop the discs degenerating any further, I don’t know. All this was caused at the early time, As no-one could diagnose and tell me what I had done the problem went untouched.
I have since found out that the original injury put pressure onto the spinal column which in turn put pressure onto the nerves that relate to the muscles that originally caused the problem and makes them permanantly be in a state of spasm, And so the cycle goes round and round, It is this that has caused the LDDD and Stenosis, I have done some research and found these two operations, Which if done together might solve the problem, As a break in the circle of pain should do it.
I hope some of you guys who have in some way had the same problems and have gone down this route, can advise me on this.
Thank you in advance people, Any help would be appreciated.

This doctor at an urgent care clinic didn’t have anyone specific to refer me to, just said it would keep happening. He suggested the stiff neck was due to untreated whiplash in 2001. I am taking Flexeril and Vicoden that he prescribed, but don’t really feel better yet. I have been led to believe that Chiropractors are kind of a joke, but am willing to try it. I’m not sure how to go about finding one and would like to hear experiences from the Answers community. I am in Tampa, FL if by chance you are local but would love to hear stories from anywhere.

I want to work out, but often I stop due to the pain. Is there a particular exercise that I could do besides the recumbent bike. I’m just trying to find things that work and i was told that if I am in too much pain to stop working out.
