mine is in top of back into shoulder down left arm to the wrist and fingers very painfull been like it for two weeks so far any surggestons on pain relief

15 days back i met with a small accident and got my ankle twisted. It pained in a way such that i could not walk at all and got an x-ray confirmation that there was no fracture. The doctor gave me some pink band cloth, i do not know what it is called actually. I am able to walk now but with some pain. What should i do to get relief from that pain as soon as possible?

I have had back pain since I was little. When I was young it was because of a very small curvature of the spine. I have grown out of that but now I am 29 and have been living with major pain everyday for the last 10-15 years. The doctors had found a bulged disk but the pain is in 3 major areas not just where the bulged disk is. Its my neck and bottom of my head, the sides of my spine, and the bottom of my back. It gets so bad I get nauseous and I can’t afford to get massages or go to the doctor, due to my insurance. I plan on going to the dr anyway but I need help now! I feel so sick! I just need a tip for immediate relief. Pain medicane does not work. Stretching only works a little same as a hot bathe. What else can I do?
No there is no easy way out. Keeping the area limber and strengthening the muscles in the area. You can treat the pain but doing the exercises will help control the pain in the long run.
You can also try an omega 3 fatty acid supplement This can help keep the inflammation down and thus help with the pain.

Chiro says my hip keeps popping out. Massage therapist says I have huge knots in deep glutes all around on side of sacrum. Have had dislocated hips and sacrum before, but this is completly different pain. No relief in any position. BURNING PAIN!! Sitting, laying, walking, standing- all bad. Never had this burning before. What could it be?
I am suffering from shoulder/upper back/neck pain. Basically bad frontal/head/neck posture. I am been seeing a chiropractor for 3 months and doing stretchers. Without much relief. I was wondering if there a better way.

I hurt my back when I played badminton. At the beginining, it was only some muscle pain. Once the muscle stopped hurting, my lower back hurts when I get up from the chair or bed. When I walk, I am okay. However, when I sit for a while on the chair, it hurts.
In the past, I had some neck pain. I asked my family doctor to refer me to see a chiropractor. He said my insurance won’t approve me to see a chirpractor. I had set up an appointment to see my family doctor next week. I got a feeling he won’t refer me to see chirpractor again. What can I do?

And with that, I’ve been having terrible aches in my lower back. I can’t take Tylenol or Aspirin or anything like that, so what should i do? Are there any stretches or exercises I can do before practice or after practice to lessen the pain?
Recently, when bending in certain positions or trying to pick up certain objects, i can get a particularly intense pain in my lower back.
When i walk/sit, my back is generally ok. Its just when i am in certain (bent) positions and when i pick certain objects up.
I’m thinking i might have done my back in down the gym, possibly when doing some squats. Otherwise, i do use weights to work the lower back – should i quit this and instead just use my own body wieght to minimise injury risk??
So, my question is: What can be done to alleviate the pain and HEAL my back? Will sleeping on a hard surface (like the floor) help? How can i minimise the risk of back injury down the gym? Are there exercises i should/should not be doing?

24 years ago I fractured my spine in a motorbike accident. Since then I have had 9 kids and doctors put me on tramadol. I hate it and want to try any natural remedies. Can have an operation but would rather not. The pain I get is from the back of my neck down to the heels of my feet. Please Help.
uric acid level is between 8-10. because of rise in urica acid level i have severe back pain. but when i drink beer (tuborg) i feel something relief from back pain. is beer really good for curing uric acid. now i am havng green leaves. is it good to have green leaves? how can i decrease my uric acid level? please i need answer………
So I’ve been having lower back pain for some time and Im waiting for the X-Ray results but in the meantime, is it wise for me to be constantly running or even jumping rope?

actually 6 year before i fell down in backward direction. from then my low back pain is maintained and sometimes its very severe. my x-ray report tell us that I HAVE A LOSS OF LUMBAR CURVATURE i’m taking few medice and doing some regular exercises too. but then also result is same. MY IONIC AND CALCIUM SERUM IS ALSO LESS. my age is 20. height 5’6 and weight 50 kg. i’m thin.
