I picked up a bag weighing approx. 45kg and walked for about 300 meters. I got a pain in lower back since monday when I lifted it. I did boxing (i.e punching a sand bag) daily and weight training with a pair of dumbells (12kg each max) and Eliptical Bike but I am not doing them since monday. When should I start doing these exercises again?
Moreover I have starting taking pills which will fix back pain in 4 days.

    Lower back pain isn’t a small matter…….
Really, you should allow time for your back to recover before you go back to exercise.
Rest is all you can do now.

Pills won’t “fix” the cause of the pain – they only fix the pain itself. You should see a dr before going back to the gym.

Your injury will not heal if you continue to put stress on it. It just needs rest. Your boxing and dumbbell workout needs to be put on hold until your pain subsides. If your bike is a recumbant bike (meaning it has a back support) that you can ride it at a easy resistance for up to 30 minutes. Other cardiovascular exercises that require you to support your back need to also be avoided.
I know it is hard but you just need to give it time to heal.

No, I am afraid not….National Insurance also pays (in part) for the NHS and presumably you have made use of that service whilst you have been living here.

Start the love celebration now. Tell someone–your mom, dog or mailman–how much you appreciate them.

Shin splints. (the muscle begins to tear away from the bone) There's nothing really you can do to help. It just hurts like hell, play thru it. Try new shoes or stretches for preventing new ones.
